We currently ship only within the Eurozone for retail customers.
Orders from outside the Eurozone cannot be placed via the retail store.

2. Wholesale Customers (B2B – Global)

We ship worldwide for wholesale customers.

2.2 Shipping Options

Shipping methods are tailored to the customer’s needs and may include:

  • Standard freight

  • Express shipping

  • Courier or pallet delivery

All shipping options are coordinated with the customer prior to dispatch.

2.3 Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated individually for each wholesale order based on:

  • Destination country

  • Order volume and weight

  • Shipping method chosen

Quotes are provided prior to order confirmation.

2.4 Delivery Timeframe

Typical delivery time for global wholesale orders is up to 2 weeks, depending on:

  • Courier availability

  • Customs clearance
